I just wanted to drop a quick line to say “job well done” on my carpet cleaning this morning. Norman was very polite, well prepared and did an excellent job on my flooring. He was very careful not to drop water on my hardwoods or tile. He was very quick and even thought of bringing “dog bones” to quiet my doggie.
